GRAPE VARIETIES 90% Tempranillo, 10% garnacha Fermentation in stain Steel vans of 20Hl. Temperature control at 24o/26o C during 10 days . Malolactic fermentation at 20o C during 8 days Aging in oak during 10 months (70% French oak , 30% American oak.)
