Colour:
Intense dark cherry red colour.
Nose:
Aromas of cherry liqueur and ripe fig paste. Very persistent dark chocolate with
isolated notes of rosemary against a background of roasted coffee, coconut and
vanilla.
Palate:
Well ablanced and fruity on the palate. Creamy personality and a very pleasant
smooth texture. Very persistent.

Large game, roasts, casseroles, stew meat and peppers stuffed with meat.
