The BRUT ROSÉ cuvée is a simultaneously fresh, fruity, floral, gentle and saline champagne, designed for drinking with friends and family.
The first nose is clean and fruity, reminiscent of strawberry, raspberry, redcurrant, and fresh grapes, beautifully caressed by accents of fresh mint, rose and poppy. Aerating the champagne reveals notes of apple, almond, sloe, and pomegranate.
The first encounter in the mouth is rich and fresh, with smooth and creamy effervescence. The champagne develops a full, fruity and pulpy texture, underscored by a hint of succulent fruit acidity. The mid-palate is orchestrated by sandy clay minerality which brings frankness, fruity volume, sea breeze salinity and length on the palate, with a full mouthfeel. The overall effect expresses a certain vinosity, which is constantly refreshed by a menthol note and aromatic red berries. The dosage level brings the mouthfeel of the wine towards a juicy and gourmet finish with plenty of character.
