The Monjardín area is a boundary area for vineyard cultivation due to its cold climate and high altitude. The result is high-quality white wines with extraordinary acidity, essential for the production of quality sparkling wines.

Our Brut Nature wines are fresh, with citrus aromas and floral notes, balanced on the palate with fine bubbles and good intensity. The Ázqueta Vineyard is located in the Monjardín Valley, at an altitude of 650 meters, and was planted in 1995. Harvested in early September when maturity for sparkling wines is optimal.

Production and aging

Traditional Method Champenoise doing second fermentation in the bottle and aged for 24 to 36 months as reserva. Then, we discork as brut nature with no sugar added.
