Garnacha
Winemaking and ageing:
3 months in oak barrels. The authenticity of its cepage and
the complexity of subtle ageing in oak barrels. A real explo-
sion of fresh fruit.
Colour:
Bright and deep ruby red colour with violet highlights.
Nose:
We found a wide range of different primary aromas, such as
cherry, peach, standing our light notes of vanilla.
Palate:
Deep, good structure, gentle and easy to drink. The begin-
ning is soft and very fruity with development and persis-
tence.
Food pairing:
Paella, rice, vegetables, legumes, grilled meat, cold meats
and cheeses.
